wir bieten unsere komplett möblierte 2-Zi. Wohnung in Stuttgart-Süd zur Zwischenmiete an.
Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit Balkon im 2. Stock. Eine Einbauküche mit neuem Backofen, Kühlschrank sowie Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Das Bad mit einer Dusche wurde im Jahr 2014 kernsaniert. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Bett, Nachtschränken, einem Regal sowie zwei Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Das helle Wohnzimmer verfügt neben einer großen Couch und einem Couchtisch über zwei Stühle, einer kleinen Kommode sowie einem Schrank. Zudem ist ein Tiefgaragen Stellplatz vorhanden.
Zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Lehenviertel, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Marienplatz oder dem Heusteigviertel entfernt. ÖPNV sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein Einzug ist ab Mitte Dezember möglich. Bevorzugt wird die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum ab Dezember/Januar bis August 2019 vermietet. Eine kürzere oder längere Mietdauer ist nach Absprache möglich.
