Hallo :)
Meine süße Wohnung am Marienplatz wird zum 01.04. frei. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, eine separate Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist sie total ruhig, da die Fenster so gut sind. Also du hast quasi voll action vor der Haustür, aber die Wohnung ist trotzdem sehr cozy und ruhig.
Es gibt auch ein Keller aber leider sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Da ich kein Auto habe, weiß ich auch nicht wo man hier sonst parken kann :P.
Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Die Ubahn Station ist drei Minuten entfernt. Es gibt zwei Rewes in der Nähe, Netto, Lidl, DM und aaalles was der Marienplatz zu bieten hat, ist direkt vor der Tür.
Ich verkaufe meine Waschmaschine, Bettsofa und Kühlschrank für 300€ und du magst auch meinen Internetvertrag, der bis Oktober gültig ist, übernehmen :).
