Hallo,
da wir alle beruflich umziehen wird unsere wunderschöne neue renovierte Wohnung frei und wir suchen zum 1. März Nachmieter oder eine WG-Neugründung.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer und kann auch als 4er WG genutzt werden und noch ein weiterer Bewohner gesucht werden. Zudem hat die Wohnung und eine offene Küche mit Balkon, einen geräumigen Flur und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und seperatem WC.
Einzug auch ab 1.März möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stuttgarter Süden. Der Marienplatz und der Wilhlemsplatz sind beide in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants, Bars und sonstige Geschäfte des Alltags sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussicht auf die Karlshöhe (Südseite) vom Balkon :)
