Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Lehenviertel und ist sehr hell. Sie hat zwei kleine Balkone, sodass man den ganzen Tag ein Plätzchen in der Sonne hat.
Die Wohnung hat ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Das WC ist separat.
Die Wohnung eignet sich als 3-er und als 2-er WG. Das größte Zimmer muss kein Wohnzimmer bleiben, da man in die Küche einen Tisch stellen kann.
Vor zwei Jahren wurde ein neuer schöner Laminatboden verlegt.
Nach über 7 Jahren in der Wohnung, lösen wir die WG auf und sie steht für neue Konstellationen zur Verfügung.
Das Lehenviertel liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom Marienplatz entfernt (U-Bahn und Bus). Im Lehenviertel selbst gibt es kleine Cafés, Bäcker, Metzger und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen.
