Ich suche Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für meine schöne 46 qm zwei Zimmerwohnung in Untertürkheim. Es ist ideal für eine oder maximal zwei Personen. Die Wohnung ist nicht als WG geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist in 2. Stock in eine Mehrfamilienhaus. Es ist sehr sehr hell. Hat keine Balkon aber es ist nur 50 m weit von dem Weinbergen und in nur 250m (3 Gehminuten) ist Untertürkheim Bhf wo S1, U13 und U4 zu finden sind. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weitweg, eine kleine CAP Markt und Kaufland sind in der nähe.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnzimmer mit EBK: ca 20 qm, Schlaffzimmer: ca. 16 qm, Badezimmer: ca. 5 qm und einen Flur ca. 5 qm mit Platz für ein Garderobe oder zum Sachen abstellen.
Ich habe ein Paar Möbeln zu verkaufen. Kleiderschrank, Bettsofa und Waschmaschine alle bei mir neu gekauft und in eine sehr gute zustand.
Die Wohnung wird ab 1.09 frei, eventuell etwas früher.
