Schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung, komplett neu renoviert (neue Fenster, neues Bad etc.) mit Ausblick in den Garten. Sie ist komplett möbliert, inkl. Geschirr,Töpfe, Fernseher, Telefon etc. und zum 1. Oktober, spätestens 15. Oktober 2010 beziehbar. Es ist sowohl eine Spühlmaschine als auch eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, ebenso ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Vorteilhaft ist außerdem eine kleine Abstellkammer. Das Haus hat zudem einen Aufzug und ist im Frühjahr 2010 von außen komplett saniert worden.
Die Bushaltestelle Lauchhau befindet sich nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, zur Hochschule der Medien benötigt man ca 10min, zur Uni Mensa ca 18min.
Die Wohnung ist zwar WG ungeeignet, jedoch für ein Pärchen perfekt!
