Hallo zusammen,
ich suche ab 1.4.09 einen Nachmieter für eine 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung S-Wangen (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und großzügiger Flur). Man ist in 3 min. an der U-Bahn (Wangen Marktplatz) und mit der U-Bahn in 15 min. im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe,Aldi) um die Ecke. Vor meinem Einzug wurde die Wohnung komplett renoviert, inkl. neuem Laminat, das sehr gut gepflegt ist. Natürlich wird die Wohnung beim Auszug nochmal renoviert.
Diese Wohnung ist auf Grund der Aufteilung insbesondere für Pärchen gut geeignet. Das Wohnzimmer könnte jedoch auch als zweites Zimmer genutzt werden, die Wohnung ist daher auch WG-tauglich.
