Zum 15. Juli wird meine schicke 2-Zimmerwohnung frei. Die Wohnung ist extrem hell und hat zwei Balkone - einen für Morgensonne, einen für Nachmittag- bzw. Abendsonne. Sie ist ca. 3 min. von der Haltestelle Schwabstraße entfernt und somit sehr zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Haken: Die Dusche ist - für Altbau nicht unüblich - in der Küche und das etwas abgelebte Parkett knarzt deutlich.
Waschmaschine und Kücheneinrichtung können gegen geringe Ablösesumme übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 3 min. von der Haltestelle Schwabstraße entfernt. Supermärkte und Cafes/Kneipen sind in nächster Umgebung. In die Innenstadt benötigt man zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten.
Der Vermieter möchte keine WG. Die Wohnung kann am Dienstag, 17.6. sowie am Mittwoch 18.6. besichtigt werden.
