Das Inserat kommt etwas spontan und kurzfristig, da der vorgesehene Mieter sich anders entschloß, deshalb wird die Wohnung auf 01.01.2015 frei (evtl. auch schon vor Weihnachten).
Es ist leider kein Balkon vorhanden und das zweit Zimmer ist "gefangen", also nur durch das erste Zimmer zugänglich, deshalb nicht WG geeignet. Kleine Kochnische, kleiner Eingangsflur, kleines Bad mit Dusche. Möchte hier keine allzu euphorische Werbekampagne starten, Whg ist zweckmäßig und sauber, wird gerade noch gerichtet - deshalb keine Bilder im Moment, können aber ab morgen nachgreicht werden.
in S-West mit schlechten Parkmöglichkeiten - bzw. mit Anwohnerparkausweis ok; neben dem Merlin (wer´s kennt); tatsächliche 5 min zur S-Bahn Schwabstraße;
Whg in 2. OG in MFH; Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - sorry;
WaMa und Trockner zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung, Unterstelllplatz für Fahrräder im Innenhof; Nebenkosten beinhalten auch Sat-TV und WLAN;
