Die Wohnung hat knapp 80 qm, tolle hohe Decken mit Stuckleiste, einen schönen dunklen Dielenboden sowie ein saniertes modernes Tageslicht Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Fenster.
Die Wohnung liegt im EG/Hochparterre und hat einen sonnigen großen Balkon zum Hinterhof sowie ein geräumiges Kellerabteil. Die 3 Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer wie im Altbau oft üblich und daher nicht wirklich WG geeignet. Für die neue Küche inkl. Geräte (Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank) wird ein Abschlag von 1000,-€ fällig.
Die Wohnung ist zum 1.5. zu vermieten (Evtl ein paar Tage früher).
