Hallo zusammen,
wir möchten euch unsere gemütliche 2,5-Zimmerwohnung im Stuttgarter-Westen überlassen, da wir zum 15.1.2016 ausziehen und die Stadt tauschen :).
Diese Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht:
- Eine moderne Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Dampfgarer, Kühlschrank und Herd.
- Ein sehr großzügiges Bad mit separater Dusche, WC und Eckbadewanne.
- Ein geräumiges Wohn-Ess-Zimmer, welches durch Säulen abgetrennt ist.
- Ein helles Schlafzimmer, an das ein kleiner Raum angrenzt (Stauraum, begehbarer Kleiderschrank)
- 1 Balkon, 2 Keller und etwas Dachboden sind auch dabei.
Drei Wermutstropfen: es handelt sich um ein Hinterhaus, es gibt keine fixen Stellplätze, nur Anwohnerparken und Strom und Internet müssen separat organisiert werden.
Genial an der Wohnung ist,
- dass U- (Schwab-Bebelstraße) und S-Bahn (Schwabstraße) in 5 min erreichbar sind
- der HanserBäck und das Tarte&Törtchen gleich ums Eck sind
- der Rewe in 5 min erreichbar ist
- und es super ruhig ist
