Apartment

Hi!

I am looking for someone to replace me in my flat since I am moving to Münich. Please, read the info below carefully ;)

Description of the flat
• 35m2 + balcony connected to the kitchen
• Orientation to south (sun light most of the day)
• 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 hall. All the rooms are separated by doors. All the rooms have a window with orientation to south.
• Second floor (no elevator)
• Basement available to keep your stuff
• Address: Augustenstrasse. 2 min walk from Schwabstrasse S-Bahn and surrounded by many restaurants, supermarkets and near Feuersee.
• Rent: 430 euros / month
• Complete new furniture (paid by me)
• New fridge (paid by landlord)
• New windows (paid by landlord)
• I pay ~100 euros/month for WiFi (Vodafone) + gas&electricity (EnBW)
• Deposit = 860 euros
• Really nice neighbours
• Landlords: nice old German couple that owns the whole building

Requirements new tenant
• Get into the flat on October 1
• That I continue registered in the flat. Meaning, that just the new tenant (you) and I will the only ones registered.
• Willing to buy the new furniture that I bought for the flat and barely used (read below)
• Basic level of German in order to communicate with landlords

Fee for furniture = 3500 euros
• It is a considerable amount of money, but have in mind that the house was completely empty and that I paid for the delivery of the furniture and I ensembled everything by myself.
• Additionally, I moved to the house on December 1, 2020, and since then, I have barely been in the house, meaning the furniture is almost new.
• I have all the tickets of the big items I bought from IKEA (bed, sofa, wardrobe, table, chairs…) in case you need to make use of the guarantee or you want to sell it in the future.
• An inventory with all the items and their prices will be shared

Next steps
• Once we agree on everything and you check out the flat in person, you will meet the Landlord for final approval and then moving into the flat.

Contact me if you are interested ;)

Best,

Nuño
