Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen sehr schönen Parkettboden, sowie einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt in Stuttgart-West, 1 Minute zu Haltestelle Schwab\Bebel. Mit dem Rad sind es außerdem lediglich 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn Station Schwabstraße . Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Edeka, Naturgut) viele schöne Bars, nette Restaurants und gemütliche Cafes findest du auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super ist auch, dass der Bahnhof nah gelegen ist, bis zu Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß auch nur 15 Minuten...Die Wohnung liegt also perfekt zentral.
Die Ablösesumme von 220€ für ( Bett, Esstisch, TV-board, Garderobenmöbel) muss übernommen werden. Bitte nur anschreiben, wenn das für euch in Ordnung ist.
Zu der Miete von 900 € kommen monatlich noch ca. 100€ für Strom, Gas und Internet.
