It is suitable for singles, couples or shared (no smoker and pets are not allowed). The apartment is very bright and is very centrally located in Stuttgart. The apartment is furnished and with a transfer agreement 1600 EUR (excluding the kitchen). The furnitures include bed, wardrobe, lamps, etc. The complete list of furniture will be explained during the visit.
The ideal move-in date is from May 1st, 2022, but also possible from April 15th, 2022
