Die Whg. ist neu renoviert und mit neuen EBK inklusive kleinem Esstisch, Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, und sämtliches Kücheninventar eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschbadewanne mit neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Flat-TV inklusive DVD und Surround Anlage und mit einem antiken Schreibtisch, sowie Leder-Sitzcouch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt einen elektrisch verstellbaren Bett, sowie einem zusätzlichem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank (siehe Bilder dazu).
Zur Wohnung gehört ein TG-Stellplatz, dieser ist bereits im Mietpreis enthalten, sowie ein Aufzug.
Kurz gesagt Sie brauchen nichts außer Ihren persönlichen Utensilien mitzubringen.

The two-room apartments (second floor with approx. 60 sqm ) is furnished and fully equipped. The apartment is newly renovated and equipped, with Equipped kitchen including small dining table, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower bath with new washer and dryer. The living room is equipped with a large flat TV screen including DVD and surround sound system and with an antique desk, as well as leather seat couch. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed, as well as an additional double bed and wardrobe (see pictures).To the apartment belongs a underground car park, this is already included in the rental price, as well as an elevator.
That means, you do not need to bring anything, except their personal belongings

The flat is directly on the Neckar (ideal location for jogging along the river Neckar), next to Wilhelma Zoo and Station Rosensteinbrücke (bus, subway). 3-10 min far away from Daimler Untertürkeim, Bosch Feuerbach, Mahle and Bad Cannstatt town center.

A minimum rental period of about 6 months (shorter rental period possibly for an extra charge), as well as non-smoker and no pets is prerequisite. The apartment is for max. 2 people per month rented. A monthly cleaning service and wireless Internet connection can be booked as required.
