The apartment is equipped, with Equipped kitchen including small dining table, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower bath with new washer and dryer. The living room is equipped with a large flat TV screen including DVD and surround sound system and with an antique desk, as well as leather seat couch. The bedroom has an double bed and wardrobe (see pictures).To the apartment belongs as well as an elevator.

Die Wohnung weist einen praktischen Grundriss auf. Vom zentralen Flur aus erreichen Sie alle Räume. Die Zwei Zimmerwohnungen (Etage 2 mit ca. 60m²) ist möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Die Whg. ist mit EBK inklusive kleinem Esstisch, Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, und sämtliches Kücheninventar eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Duschbadewanne mit neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Flat-TV inklusive DVD und Surround Anlage und mit einem antiken Schreibtisch, sowie Leder-Sitzcouch ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank (siehe Bilder dazu).
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Aufzug.
Kurz gesagt Sie brauchen nichts außer Ihren persönlichen Sachen mitzubringen.
