es handelt sich um eine überwiegend frisch renovierte Wohnung mit ca. 45 qm und zwei separaten Schlafzimmern (jeweils inkl. 140x200 m Bett, Schrank, TV und Schreibtisch). Die Wohnung ist vollständig mit neuen Möbeln und Geräten ausgestattet (s. Bilder) und sehr zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung eignet sich ideal für 2 Freunde oder ein Pärchen und hat eine eigene Haustür mit Eingangsbereich, wo auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.

In der Miete von 800 Euro sind die Müllentsorgung, Versicherung und Internet berücksichtigt. Strom und Heizung müssen separate gezahlt werden und wir schätzen das sind ca 150 Euro, je nach Verbrauch.

Wenn die Zimmer einzeln als WG Zimmer vermietet werden, ist der Preis von 475 Euro mit allem inklusive.

This is a renovated apartment with about 45 sqm and two separate bedrooms (each including a 140x200 m bed, wardrobe, desk and TV with Netflix). The apartment is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances (see pictures) and very centrally located. The apartment is ideal for 2 friends or a couple and has its own front door and entrance area with enough space to put your bicycle.

The rent of 800 euros includes garbage disposal, insurance and internet. Electricity and heating must be paid separately and we are estimating this to be around 100-150 Euro and varies according to your consumption.

If the rooms are rented individually as separate rooms, the price is 475 euros per room with everything included.
