Wir vermieten unser geräumiges und schönes Haus in Stuttgart West für kurzfristige ab 1. Mai bis 31. Mai. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und besteht aus zwei Zimmern (ein Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer), Küche, Bad und kleinem Hinterhof. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe des Kräherwalds, einem ruhigen Viertel, das an einen kleinen Wald angrenzt. Es ist gut an das Stadtzentrum (10 Min.) und den Hauptbahnhof (13 Min.) angebunden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 3 Minuten (Doggenburg" Bus 43) und 5 Minuten (Kräherwald" Bus 40) erreichbar. Der Killesberg ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus zu erreichen.
Die Miete beträgt 700€ (beinhaltet auch Heizkosten, Gas, Internet, Wasser und Müll).
Das Haus ist ideal für eine Person oder ein Paar und wir suchen jemanden, der für einen kurzen Zeitraum bleiben kann. We are renting out our spacious and beautiful house in Stuttgart West for short term starting from May 1st to May 31st. The house is well- furnished consisting of two rooms ( a bedroom + living room), kitchen, bathroom and small backyard. The house is located close to Kräherwald, a quiet neighbourhood adjoining a small forest. It is well connected to the city centre (10 mins) and central station (13 mins). Public transportation is accessible within 3 mins (“Doggenburg” Bus 43) and 5 mins (“Kräherwald” Bus 40). Killesberg is reachable within 5 mins with the bus.
The rent is 700€ ( also includes heating costs, gas, internet, water and garbage).
The house is ideal for one person or a couple and we are looking for someone who can stay for a short period of time. If you are interested, please send us a message by writing a few sentences about yourself and we can schedule an appointment to view the house.
