Hi, ich, Grundschullehrer, 37, suche Nachmieter für die schöne möblierte Wohnung. Meine Einrichtung sollte übernommen werden (siehe Fotos). Waschmaschine, Wohnlandschaft, Bett, Dachterrasse komplett, Schreibtisch, PCStuhl, Aktenschrank, TV Tisch und Wandhalterung, Regal, Kleiderschränke usw. Komplett für 650€ (das Sofa war schon 3x so teuer). Bei Interesse einfach melden oder kurz anrufen.
Eine Frau wohnt unten mit Hund. Total entspannt und freundlich. Man hört nichts.
Vermieterin ist auch cool😊
