Die Wohnung wird vom 01.04.-15.07.2022 leerstehend (nach Absprache auch davor oder länger), da ich in ein Auslandssemester gehen werden. Sie ist eine hohe, helle Maisonette-Wohnung, die vollmöbliert unterviermietet wird. Es gibt ein Arbeitszimmer, welches z.B. als auch Sportraum genutzt werden kann (ausgestattet mit Spiegeln). Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist offen. Somit ist diese Wohnung nur für Paare oder Alleineinziehende und nicht WG-geeignet. Ein Balkon bietet Platz für zwei Personen zum Sonnen (Südausrichtung). Eine Fensterfront im Wohn- sowie Arbeitzimmer lässt die gesamte Wohnung sehr hell wirken.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen Nahe eines Felds. Hunde sind hier in der Gegend und auch in der Wohnung mehr als willkommen. Die S-Bahn Station S Teltow Stadt ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine Direktverbindung in die Berliner Innenstadt (Potsdamer Platz innerhalb von 24 Minuten).
