Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhof mitten in der Innenstadt.
Es handelt sich um ein Schlafzimmer und seperater Küche die echt geräumig ist. Zusätzlich ein neu renoviertes Badezimmer und ein Balkon.
Von der Einrichtung lässt es keine Wünsche übrig. Küche,Waschmaschine, Bett, Kleiderschrank , Schreibtisch und Tv und Wlan sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Neustraße, die älteste und meiner Meinung nach einer der schönsten Straßen in Trier.
Von dort lässt sich alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichen.
Durch die schon genannte Lage ist die Wohnug sehr ruhig und man bekommt vom Trubel auf der Neustraße und dem Viemarkt überhauptnichts mit.
Da ich für mein Studium bis zu 6 Monate ins Ausland gehe vermiete ich meine kleine Wohnung unter.
Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl und möchte sie deshalb nicht aufgeben und dort hin zurück kommen. Natürlich würde ich mich über eine ordentliche und rücksichtsvolle Person freue, da ich natürlich auch viel Einrichtung dort lasse.
