Weil ich zur Zeit schon in Frankfurt arbeite, übernimmt mein Freund die Nachmietersuche. Er spricht englisch und italienisch.
Die Wohnung hat zwei etwa gleich große Zimmer (ca. 16 und 18m²), ein großes Tageslicht-Bad und eine große Küche. Die Wohnung kann als Einzelperson, Pärchen oder als 2er-WG genutzt werden.
Top-Lage, in 5 Minuten am Hbf oder am Dom, Nächste Haltestelle 1 Minute entfernt. Zur Uni geht es vom Hbf in 12 Minuten mit der Linie 3 und 13.
Die Küche (Küchenzeile, Ofen, Schränke, Spüle) wurde vor sechs Monaten erst gekauft und soll für 350 € übernommen werden. Optional wird auch ein neuer Kühlschrank für 250 €, eine neue Waschmachine für 300 € und ein kleines Bett (bestehend aus neuer Matratze und Holzpaletten) für 80 € verkauft und eine Kommode sowie ein Bücherregal für 20 € weitergegeben (Gesamt 1000 €, Neupreis insgesamt 1094 €).

The apartment has two rooms of about the same size (about 16 and 18 m²), a large daylight bathroom and a large kitchen. The apartment can be used as an individual, couple or as a shared apartment.
Top location, in 5 minutes at the main station or the cathedral, next stop 1 minute away. To university from the main station in 12 minutes with line 3 and 13.
The kitchen (kitchen unit, oven, cupboards, sink) was bought six months ago and should be taken over for 350 €. Optionally, a new fridge for 250 €, a new washing machine for 300 € and a small bed (consisting of a new mattress and wooden pallets) for 80 €, a chest of drawers and a bookshelf for 20 € sold (total 1000 €, original price 1094 €).
