Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, wobei das eine Zimmer nicht bewohnbar ist (ich nutze es zur Zeit als Abstellraum/Garderobenzimmer), weil sich das Fenster nicht öffnen lässt. Durch diesen Umstand habe ich eine Mietminderung erwirkt, die jedoch nach Instandsetzung entfallen wird.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 68 m² groß und kostet 444€ warm.
Küche, Kühlschrank, Esstisch, Waschmaschine und 1,40m Bett von IKEA müssen für 950€ übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen Porta und Bahnhof im Herzen Triers. Fußläufig sind es in die Fußgängerzone nicht einmal 2 Minuten und die Läden des alltäglichen Bedarfs hast du in einem Radius von 5min erreicht. Mit dem Auto findest du in der Straße eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz. Besser kann eine Wohnung nicht liegen.
