Aber ich gehe für 3 Monate ins Ausland und möchte deshalb untervermieten. Du
kannst hier allein wohnen, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und der Wohnbereich mit Balkon und die Küche sind ein großes Zimmer. Deswegen ist es als WG nicht optimal. JaJa, 2 balkonS.
Sodass man auch mal zu viert/5 am Arbet/Tisch sitzen kann.
Obwohl du direkt im Underground Friedrichshain wohnst: AboutBlank, Elsenbrücke, Arena, Treptower Park und Sontagstraße= Also OSTKREUZ
Die Wohnung ist saniert, modern, vollmöbliert und sauber mit viel Kunst.
