Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Tarforst.
Bisher war die Wohnung immer als WG vermietet. Nur sind wir beide fertig mit dem Studium. Wenn ihr also zu zweit umziehen wollt, ist die Wohnung perfekt :)
Die Zimmer sind ca. 18 m² und 20 m² groß und haben beide einen Zugang zum Balkon, somit sind sie geräumig und hell. Eine Einbauküche inklusive Geräten ist vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist außerdem der Anschluss einer Waschmaschine möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in Uni-Nähe, die fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, DM etc.) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Buslinien 6, 16 und 81 fahren alle 10 Minuten an der direkt am Parkplatz gelegenen Bushaltestelle ab. Die Stadt ist, je nach Ziel, in 20 Minuten erreicht.
Die Wohnung kann von Montag bis Mittwoch besichtigt werden.
