Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 82 m² Wohnung in Aach.
Sie verfügt über 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, Abstellraum und einen geräumigen Flur.
Das Haus ist erst 4 Jahre alt und sehr gut gedämmt. 3-fach verglaste Fenster sowie eine Wärmepumpe (Fußbodenheizung) sorgen für sehr niedrige Heizkosten.
In der Wohnung ist eine Küchenzeile (2Jahre alt) mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube und Kühlschrank inklusive. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung komplett mit energiesparenden LED-Lampen ausgestattet.
Eine Garage und Stellplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Seit letztem Jahr ist DSL 100.000 in Aach möglich.
Aach liegt unweit von Trier (5km). Die Autobahnauffahrt nach Luxemburg kann nach 3 km erreicht werden. Bis zur Luxemburgischen Grenze sind es ca. 10 km, Bitburg ist ca. 20 km entfernt.
Bushaltestelle am Ende der Straße, ca 3 min entfernt.
