Geräumige 2er Wg Nähe Hochschule abzugeben.
Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind ca 15 qm groß. Zudem gibt es noch eine große Küche (ca 14 qm), die zum kochen einlädt, ein Tageslichtbad (ca 6qm) und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer ( a 12 qm). Die Küche mit Herd und Spülmaschine könnten kostengünstig übernommen werden. Die Nutzung des Speichers und der Waschküche sind in der Miete 400€ inbegriffen. Die Nebenkosten ( Heizkosten, Müllentsorgung, Wasser ) betragen 120 €. Es gibt mehrere kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
Die Bushaltestelle Trierweilerweg ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Bus kommt man gut zur Hochschule ( 6 Min ) oder auch mal schnell in die Stadt ( 8 Min ). Außerdem sind reichlich Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe vorhanden. Edeka ( 400 m / 5 Minuten ), Aldi (500 m / 6 Minuten) und Lidl (650 m) sind super zu fuß erreichbar. Eine kleine Dönerbude befindet sich fast neben an und die Pizzaria Damassimo ist auch nicht weit weg ;).
Die Luke liegt quasi auch um die Ecke :)
