With a heavy heart, I have to move out from my beautiful apartment and therefore I'm looking for Nachmieter for my beautiful 2 room apartment in the center of Tübingen-Hirschau from 5th of December.
The apartment is sunny, has two rooms, a balcony, a cellar and an underground parking space.
A coin-operated dryer is also available for shared use with the other residents.
The apartment is furnished as required with a bed, wardrobe, dining table, kitchen table, shelves, armchairs, curtains and balcony furniture. The chest of drawers in the picture is not rented.
Cooker, fridge and washing machine are provided for free use.
Cold rent is around 486 euros (could be increased). With all ancillary costs (including parking slot, some furniture, electricity, cable and garbage fees) it comes to an estimated 736 euros. The ancillary costs are made up of 40 euros for the parking space (mandatory - this can easily be rented out internally) and 20 euros for furnishing the apartment and 70 euros in advance for operating costs. The other costs of currently around 120 euros are the electricity and water costs, which are paid to the public utility company.
Hirschau is a beautiful village in the middle of nature. The bike path leads to the city center in about 15 minutes. In summer, the bathing lake invites you to relax. Shops such as bakers, butchers and greengrocers (in the flower shop) are right around the corner, about 1 minute walk.
There is a very good bus connection and the bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. The bus would be at Tübingen main station in 5 minutes. In 15 minutes you could be at the university by bus.
The apartment is not suitable for sharing.
It would be important that the tenant(s) is/are non-smokers and has/have no animals!
The apartment is initially available for rent for 6 months with a possibility of long term extension.
