Sie ist voll möbliert mit einer kleinen Küche, separatem Bad und 2 relativ großen Zimmern. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Couch.
Ich vermiete sie gerne an Leute, die sie brauchen, da ich das auch gemacht habe, als ich zum ersten Mal nach Tübingen kam.

I will be renting out the appartment to a subrenter for 3 months. The reason is, I will be away for that time. This appartment is in the most central location, it is very light and spacious. It is fully furnished with a small kitchen, separate bathroom and 2 relatively big rooms. There is one double bed and a couch.
