Hallo,
wir, zwei Studentinnen, möchten gerne unsere gemütliche Wohnung während des Sommers untervermieten.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei gleich großen Zimmern, Bad und Küche.
Dusche, Waschmaschine und W-Lan sind inbegriffen.
Die Zimmer werden vollmöbliert zwischenvermietet. (jeweils gr. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank)
Die Küche ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral zwischen Nonnenhaus und Stiftskirche. (Zu beidem etwa 1 Minute Fußweg) ca 10Min Fußweg zur Uni. Die Bushaltestellen "Wilhelmstrasse" sowie "Nonnenhaus" innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Geschäfte ebenfalls zu Fuß zu bewältigen. (Netto, Edeka, DM, H&M etc.)
Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Coffee-Shop, Sowie eine Kneipe und eine Apotheke.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt sind furchtbar, daher kann bei Interesse vom 1.8.-1.9. ein Garagenstellplatz für 40Euro extra angemietet werden.
ACHTUNG: Ein Zimmer kostet jeweils 350Euro/Monat!!! Wer beide Zimmer mieten möchte zahlt somit 700Euro/Monat
Der Zeitraum wäre für das eine Zimmer vom 1.8.-1.9. und für das andere Zimmer vom 1.8.-1.10. (aber es sind auch kürzere Mietzeiten möglich - Allerdings mind. ein Monat.)
Wir würden uns freuen von dir zu hören und einen Besichtigungstermin zu vereinbaren! (Zur Not auch über Skype! ;)

Hey everyone,
We are renting out our lovely apartment in central Tübingen.
University as well as busstops, and shops are very near by and can all be approached on foot. The rooms are fully furnished each including a bed, closet and desk.
One room will be rented out from 1.8.-1.9. the other one from 1.8.-1.10.
