Sie liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Teil der Altstadt, sodass man trotz Innenstadtlage ohne Lärmbelästigung schlafen kann. Der Neckar liegt direkt vor der Tür und lädt zu Sportaktivitäten ein. Durch die Altstadtlage liegt alles in Fußnähe (Geschäfte, Bars, Cafés, Uni, Bushaltestellen, Hauptbahnhof, ...).
Durch die Aufteilung der Wohnung in 1 1/2 Zimmer ist sie gut alleine oder als Pärchen bewohnbar.
