hallo :) zu vergeben ist die hälfte einer wunderschönen wohnung direkt in der altstadt, ca 120 qm, sanierter altbau, hohe decken, parkett, große Küche, bad mit wanne, separate toilette, dachboden, Keller, Balkon und fahrradhof. kosten wären 600 plus ca 100 an nebenkosten.
deines wäre ein bestimmt 22qm großes schlafzimmer, das ca 35qm große wohnzimmer, die große Küche, das bad und den eingangsbereich und alles andere würden wir uns teilen. internet benutze ich gerade beim nachbarn mit, das kann man noch absprechen. dein zimmer hat keine möbel und steht dir frei, ne Couch im Wohnzimmer und ne Küche usw sind schon alles da... :)
die wohnung ist direkt in der altstadt, aber ruhig gelegen
