The appartment has 2.5 rooms which are all very bright because of the many windows.
The living-/dining room with open kitchen is very spacious and makes entertaining guests a lot of fun. The amenities in the kitchen include an oven, cooker, refrigerator a with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, cooking utensils and dishes. The living-room offers a TV that you can use. There is an office desk in bedroom. If you need more working space, you can set up an additional desk also in the living-room. The bathroom with daylight window and shower has a heating that warms the towels.
There is a roof top terrace from where you have a splendid view over Tübingen.
There is a laundry room in the basement of the house where you can use my washing machine. There is also a room where you can park your bike if you have one. This room is at ground level to the outside, so the bike can be used every day without much effort.
Internet, electricity and water are provided.
The appartment is located very close to the city center of Tübingen. You can visit all the shops and bars in the city center while avoiding the associated noise. You can walk to the train station in just about 13 minutes. There are several bus stops within a few hundred meters away.
The flat is available until December 31, 2021 for now with a potential option to prolong until June 30, 2022. Just contact me on that if you have any questions.
