Kleine 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Küche und WC. Die Fenster der beiden Zimmer gehen zum Garten hinaus. Die Heizung ist ein Ölofen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle und Waschmaschine. Ebenfalls befindet sich in der Küche eine Duschkabine. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Gang mit etwas Stauraum für Gepäck und ein WC.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone des ruhigen und idyllischen Schlosshofbereichs von Kirchentellinsfurt. Zum Bahnhof im Tal fahren Zubringerbusse. Etwa stündlich fährt ein Zug nach Tübingen (ca 10 km). Fahrzeuge können nicht direkt im Schlosshofbereich parken, aber in ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es Parkplätze.
Die Nebenkosten der Wohnung sind sehr niedrig. Die bisherigen Bewohner haben für Wasser und Heizung ca 50 Euro pro Monat verbraucht. Der Ölofen heizt gut. Kabel- und Telefonanschluss ist vorhanden.
