We are going to be away a lot over the coming months but we would like to retain our beautiful 100 m² apartment in Lustnau, meaning it will be available to subletters. The attractive, light apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need!
1st floor:
• Living room with dining table, TV, fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen (incl. gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, usw.)
• Two balconies
• Bathroom with shower/bathtub
• Separate toilet
• Side room with writing desk, cupboard
2nd floor:
• Two bedrooms (each with double bed and wardrobe)
• One baby room (can remain furnished or unfurnished)

Pets are not allowed, smoking only allowed outside. The apartment is appropriate for sharing (flat/WG).
Eine ruhige, schöne Lage in Lustnau:
• 100m zur Bushaltestelle (Linien 1, 22), mit dem Bus nur 7 Minuten zur Uni, 11 Minuten zur Innenstadt
• 250m zum Einkaufszentrum (REWE, Apotheke, Metzgerei, Bäckerei)

Located in an attractive, quiet part of Lustnau:
• 100m to the bus stop (lines 1, 22), only 7 minutes to the university, 11 minutes to the inner city
• 250m to the shopping centre (REWE, pharmacy, butchery, bakery)
Preis ist pro Monat, inklusive alle Kosten, d.h. Heizung, Strom, Wasser, WLAN.
Die Mietdauer ist etwas flexibel aber die Wohnung ist nur zwischen diesen Zeiten verfügbar:
• Anfang November 2016 – Anfang Januar 2017
• Anfang Februar 2017 – Mitte Juni 2017
Wir suchen verlässliche Zwischenmieter, gerne eine Familie oder ein Paar. Da wir unsere Möbel mitvermieten, legen wir Wert auf Zuverlässigkeit und Ordentlichkeit. Wenn ihr in diesen Zeiträumen eine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete sucht (auch wenn nur 1-2 Monate), schreibt uns gerne.

The duration of the rental is somewhat flexible but the apartment is only available between the following times:
• Start November 2016 – Start January 2017
• Start February 2017 – Mid June 2017
We are looking for reliable subletters, and families or couples are welcome. As we are subletting our apartment with all our furniture and belongings in it, we would appreciate tidy, responsible subletters. If you are looking for a sublet during the periods mentioned above, please write to us (even if you only want the apartment for 1-2 months).
