We are vacating our beautiful, cheap and well ventilated apartment at your disposal. The apartment is located in Pfrondorf, a small, quiet, lush green and lovely locality.
The apartment (55m2) is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It has two rooms (17m2; 12m2) with big bright windows allowing the sunlight to perfectly reach indoors. There is a kitchen with a fair dining space. The kitchen has a four pot induction cooking panel and is fitted with an oven. There are many cupboards to store stuff in the kitchen. The kitchen is also fitted with a chimney or hood making it a modular kitchen. There is one toilet connected with a bath (bathtub and shower).

Wir ziehen aus unserer schönen, preiswerten und wohlklimatisierten Wohnung aus. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Pfrondorf, einer kleinen, ruhigen, grünen und schönen Ortschaft.
Die Wohnung (55m²) befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Sie besteht aus zwei Zimmern (17m² und 12m²) mit großen, hellen Fenstern, durch welche viel Sonnenlicht hinein fällt. Es gibt eine Küche mit einem ausreichend großen Essbereich. Zudem ist sie mit einem Induktionsherd (4 Kochfelder), einem Ofen und einer Dunstabzugshaube ausgestattet. Viele Schränke bieten Platz, um Sachen in der Küche zu verstauen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, Badewanne und Dusche.
The apartment is located in Pfrondorf. Bus stop is right in front of the house. Pfrondorf is very well connected to the main city. There are frequent bus drives (4 in an hour on working days and 2 per hour during weekends). One can reach out almost everywhere: the University campus at Morgenstelle, University at Wilhelmstr., Max Planck Institutes at Spemannstr., Sports center, main station (Hauptbahnhof) within half an hour.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Pfrondorf. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Pfrondorf ist sehr gut an die Tübinger Innenstadt angebunden. So gibt es regelmäßige Bus-Verbindungen (4x pro Stunde an Werktagen und 2x pro Stunde an Wochenenden). Zudem lässt sich von der Wohnung aus fast alles ohne Probleme, innerhalb einer halben Stunde, erreichen: der Universitätscampus auf der Morgenstelle, die Universität an der Wilhelmstraße, das Max-Planck-Institut in der Spemannstraße, das Sportzentrum, sowie der Hauptbahnhof.
The advantages of the apartment are as follows:
1. Bus stop is right in front of the house.
2. Pfrondorf is very well connected to the main city. There are frequent bus drives (4 in an hour on working days and 2 per hour during weekends). There are also night buses running till 2-3 a.m.
3. There are few bakeries in a minute walk.
4. One of most visited places in Tübingen, the Schönbuch forest starts right at the back of the house. This gives a wonderful opportunity to spend weekends walking through the forest or cycling or having a barbeque.
5. One can reach out almost everywhere: the University campus at Morgenstelle, University at Wilhelmstr., Max Planck Institutes at Spemannstr., Sports center, main station (Hauptbahnhof) within half an hour.

4. Einer der meistbesuchten Orte in Tübingen, der Naturpark Schönbuch, beginnt direkt an der Rückseite des Hauses. Dadurch ergibt sich die wunderbare Gelegenheit, am Wochenende durch den Wald zu spazieren, zu radeln oder auch einfach dort zu grillen.
