Die Wohnung hat den großen Vorteil auf kleiner Fläche geräumig und gemütlich zu wirken. Mit dem Balkon im 3. OG schaut man auf keine Hauswand. Küche und Bad sind klein, aber fein. Im Keller befindet sich die Waschküche. Wir fühlen uns wirklich sehr wohl.
Nächstes Jahr gehen wir für ein gutes Jahr nach London und machen beide einen Postdoc, weshalb wir einen Zwischenmieter suchen. Die Wohnung wird vollständig möbeliert bleiben. Wir freuen uns auf Anfragen.
Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum LTT und ist damit Zentrumsnah, die Neckarbrücke ist fußläufig nur wenige Minuten entfernt und auch jede Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ums Eck.
Haustiere und Raucher sind nicht erlaubt.
