Hallo,
da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer ist kleiner ist als das Wohnzimmer, daher ist die Wohnung nicht WG geeignet. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Balkon. Die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr nett und gerne hilfsbereit.
Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Die Wohnung kann ab 01.08.2018 bezogen werden, spätestens aber zum 15.08.2018.
Die Kaution habe ich geschätzt, müsste noch mit dem Vermieter geklärt werden.
