Biete: 3-Zimmer-Nichtraucher-Wohnung, 76m2, TÜ-Südstadt, GWG-Wohnung, EG, 825,- € WM ab 1.8.19, SW-Balkon, Badewanne, sep. Klo, geräumiger Keller. Besonderheit: Balkon geht nicht vom Wohnzimmer aus sondern vom Schlaf- oder Kinderzimmer, Wohnung aus französischen Bestand, renoviert 1998, gut zu heizen, bekomme bei den Betriebskosten meist einiges zurück. 2 Bushaltestellen in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Suche: langfristig: ähnlich günstige 45-50 m2-Wohnung bis ca. 550,- € WM, gerne fahrradtauglich, Tübingen-Süd, mit sonnigen Balkon, Badewanne und sep. Klo. jedoch nicht alles absolute Bedingung. Es eilt mir nicht, wichtig ist, dass die Wohnung möglichst gut für mich passt. Auch gerne wieder im EG.
Tausch sofern beide Vermieter einverstanden. Tierhaar-Allergikern würde ich abraten. Die letzten Jahre haben hier immer Katzen gewohnt und es kommt auch eine Besuchskatze von einem Nachbarn. Würde mich freuen, wenn diese weiterhin zu Besuch kommen könnte, sofern sie das selber will.
