Ich suche eine(n) Zwischenmieter/in (nur Nichtraucher!!) für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Tübingen – Wanne. Die Wohnung ist 61 qm groß (1. Zimmer: 20,5 qm, 2. Zimmer: 15,5qm, Küche, Bad, WC, Abstellkammer, Flur), teilmöbliert und liegt in ruhiger Lage. 650 Euro warm.
- Internet und Telefon Flatrate
- Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank etc.
- Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC
- Abstellraum (kann auch als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt werden)
- 2 sonnige Balkone (Ost- und Westseite)
- Fahrradabstellraum im Keller
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (u.a. Penny), ebenso Sparkasse, Post, Ärzte, Apotheke
- Nähe Uniklinken/ Morgenstelle, sehr gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt
