We lease the top floor of our house formerly used by our son. Competely renovated 5 yrs ago. Consists of 1 bedroom with small balcony, living room with kitchenette (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge). Washing machine, dryer and freezer in the basement. You will have the whole top floor/attic to yourself but we share the stairway and the basement.

It is in "Wanne", 5 to 10 miutes walk to the "Cyber valley", Max-Planck Institues and Curevac etc. next bus stop is 3 minutes away, 10 Minutes by bus to the Hospital / natural sciences campus, 10-15 Minutes by bus to downtown. Supermarket, grocery, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant in 500m.
Im Wohngebiet "Wanne", 5 bis 10 Min Fssweg zum Cyber Valley, Max-Planck Institute, Curevac etc. Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten, 10 Min zu den Naturwiss. Instituten / Kliniken, 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants in 500 m.
We (phycicist and physician) live in the house. Interaction cannot be avoided totally The rooms are definitely NOT suited for shared housing, we prefer to lease to a single person. You need to have a third party liability insurance.
Wir (Physiker und Ärztin) wohnen in dem Haus, so dass wir uns gelegentlich über den Weg laufen werden. Die Räume sind NICHT für eine WG geeignet. Vermietung Vorzugsweise an eine Einzelpersoin. Nachweis einer Privathaftpflicht erforderlich.
