Die Wohnung wird für 1 Monat vermietet. Es kann jedoch sein, dass sich die Möglichkeit ergibt, die Wohnung für 3 Monate zu mieten. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet (Bett 180cm, Tisch, 2 Stühle, 3 Hocker, Sofa, 2 Sessel Pflanzen). Die Küche ist bis zum Einzugstermin fertig eingebaut inklusive, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank.
Im Bad sowie in der Küche wurden die Fließen neu gestrichen, darüber hinaus wurden die Wände der gesamten Wohnung neu gestrichen.
Im Innenhof gibt es eine Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG.
The apartment is rented for 1 month. However, there may be an opportunity to rent the apartment for 3 months. The apartment is rented furnished (bed 180cm, table, 2 chairs, 3 stools, sofa, 2 armchairs plants).
The kitchen will be completed on the date of moving in including washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven and refrigerator.
In the bathroom as well as in the kitchen the tiles have been repainted, furthermore the walls of the whole apartment have been repainted.
In the courtyard there is a possibility to park bicycles. The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
Das nächste Bushaltestelle ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür und auch die Ammer (schöner Fluss) ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. An Supermärkten gibt es in nächster Nähe einen Rewe und einen Edeka. Wer 5-7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad fährt kommt auch zu einem Aldi und einem Dm. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar, richtig schnell geht es aber mit dem Fahrrad circa 5 Minuten. Solange man nicht den Berg hinauf muss, erreicht man auch eigentlich alles mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit. Kurzum, die Lage ist wirklich top. Das Haus selber liegt darüber in eine Innenhof (geteert - kein Garten), was dafür sorgt, dass man die Straße nicht wirklich hört.
The nearest bus stop is virtually right outside the front door and also the Ammer (beautiful river) is only 2 minutes walk away. Supermarkets in walking distance are a Rewe and an Edeka. If you bike 5-7 minutes you can also get to an Aldi and a Dm. The city center can be reached on foot, or in about 5 minutes by bike. As long as you don't have to go up the hill, you can reach everything by bike in no time. In short, the location is really nice. The house itself is located in a courtyard (tarred - no garden), which ensures that you do not really hear the street.
Die Wohnungstür befindet sich im Flur einer WG. Man lebt getrennt von der WG, muss zum Betreten der Wohnung jedoch durch deren Flur. Die WG-Mitglieder werden sich während der Zwischenmiete aber größtenteils sowieso im Urlaub befinden, so dass man sich vermutlich selbst im Flur selten begegnet.
The apartment door is located in the hallway of a shared apartment. You live separately from the other flat, but you have to pass through their hallway to enter the apartment. Most of the flat-sharing community members will be on vacation during the interim rental period anyway, so you will probably even meet rarely in the hallway.
