Wir vermieten eine 1,5 Zimmer-Whg., die 10/2011 frisch renoviert wurde. Das Bad und die Küchenzeile sind neu (Einbau 10/2011). Der Fussboden ist gefliest, Telefon- und Kabelanschlüsse sind vorhanden.
Der Kühlschrank kann vom Vormieter eventuell übernommen werden.
In der Waschküche (ebenfalls Gartengeschoss) kann nach Rücksprache eine Spülmaschine mitbenutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine kann vom Vermieter übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt 10 Minuten (Fussweg) von der Altstadt entfernt. Zur Bushaltestelle läuft man 2 min. Die Busverbindung (Linie 11) ist stündlich. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Strasse direkt vor dem Haus.
