Hello,
as we are moving to New Zealand, we have to leave our beautiful flat close to the Neckar. It has 2 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has 57 m and is really well shaped. The pretty big balcony has sun from morning till afternoon (facing south) and if you peak through the trees you see the Neckar as well as the Schloss. The flat in general is really bright and well shaped. It has parquet flooring and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat comes with a private parking space in the underground garage of the house, as well as a private storage room in the basement and a shared bike garage.
The flat is really well located, quiet beautiful neighbourhood, lots of nature around but still quick and easy to get to the city center. It’s close to the bike tunnel and just on the opposite side of the Neckar from the Freibad. The bus stop for bus nr. 6 is only a 1 min walk away. With the bus it takes 4 min to the Hbf and 8 min to the city center. With a bike you reach both in 5 min and walking it takes about 15 min.
We are a young couple (Spanish & German) and have been living in this flat for over 1,5 years. The flat would be perfect for a couple or single person who doesn’t have a lot of furniture, since because of the New Zealand relocation we would like to sell our furniture (see pictures) for altogether 700€. This includes a washing machine, sofa, 1,40 m bed, closet and dresser, dining table, chairs, desk, storage and bathroom shelves etc.
We would leave the flat all ready for you to move in on the 1st of December! :-)
