The flat is fully furnished, very bright and spacious and has everything needed to live comfortably.
Especially the balcony to the quiet garden is an asset.
Also, there is a duplex garage inclusive in the rent.
We rent out this flat from August 1 2020, limited to one year for now. There is a possibility to extend after that.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen und schönen Nachbarschaft. Zu Fuß benötigen Sie 5 Minuten zur Sbahn, dort ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt. Es gibt zudem einige Buse die nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt sind.

The flat is in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the sbahn is only 5 minutes so you are downtown Munich within only 15 minutes by sbahn.
There are also several buses leaving only 3 walking minutes away.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller.
Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
Regelmäßiges Putzen ist erwartet.
Nach Ihrem Aufenthalt fällt eine Reinigungsgebühr an.
Die Kaution beträgt 2 Monatsmieten.
