suche einen nachmieter für meine schöne dachgeschosswohnung in st.tönis. sie ist ruhig in einer 30er zone gelegen aber dennoch zentral zu krefeld. mit dem auto sind es 4 minuten bis krefeld city. die gesamte wohnung ist sehr schön hell und im top zustand. sie ist sehr schön aufgeteilt und besitzt noch eine zusätzliche abstellkammer. eine einbauküche gehört zu der wohnung genauso wie noch ein kellerraum der zusätzliche abstellmöglichkeit bietet. auch öffentliche verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer nähe. insgesamt eine top wohnung die ich leider abgeben muss da ich sie nicht allein bezahlen kann und nun in eine wg ziehe (bin studentin).
