Hello!
My apartment has a total size of around 42sqm plus a winter garden.
As you can see on the pictures, the apartment easily fits 3 people. It includes a king size bed and an additional one person bed.
Further you'll find a partly equipped kitchen (no refrigerator) and a bathroom.
As part of the apartment building we have a spacious garden with a playground and a seating area. For drying clothes you can either use the laundry rack inside the apartment or you can hang your clothes in the garden.
I'm a passionate Yoga and sport practitioner therefore you'll also find some sport equippement in the apartment, such as an indoor Trampolin, an AERIAL YOGA cloth, a meditation cussion and a yoga mat, if asked.
If asked in advance I'm happy to borrow you my bicycle which is the perfect transportation to wherever you wanna go in and around Villach!
When you arrive me or my family will welcome you and show you around.
You will always have someone close by who will be happy to support you in any way!

Our home is located next to the GAIL RIVER, an idyllic running and biking spot which leads you to several lakes as well as to the close KÄRNTEN THERME, a huge indoor thermal spa, as well as to the THERMAL URQUELLE (https://www.warmbaderhof.com/en/gesundheit/thermen/THERMALURQUELLBECKEN.HTML), a pool built directly above the thermal spring. Both you can reach in 10 minutes by bike.
For grocery shopping you'll find a HOFER and BILLA next to our house. Much more shopping possibilities are located within the biggest shopping mall in Villach, THE ATRIO, which you can reach via the GAIL RIVER in ard 10 minutes by bike.
From the train station you can use the public bus (bus #118, 13 minutes, 2,20 Euro/trip) or a taxi (10-15 Euro) to get to our home.
Let me share some more information with you:
Our house as well as the neighborhood is a quiet one. People are very respectful towards each other. The quiet hours start at ard 10pm until the morning at 7am.
We do also separate our waste, we distinguish between 1. organic, 2.plastic bottles/cans/tetra and 3. paper waste.
Our house offers some free parking spots close to our building for people who live here. Feel free to use on of them.
