Hallo,

es wird eine sehr sehr schöne Wohnung auf der Triererstraße frei, die sich perfekt als WG Neugründung oder auch für eine Familie eignet! Euch erwarten hohe Decken mit Stuck, Fischgrätenparkett, ein gläserner Wintergarten, Balkon und eine gemütliche große Wohnküche.

Der Flur ist sehr geräumig und dort ist locker Platz für ein Sofa, sodass er auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden könnte.

Außerdem habt ihr die Möglichkeit, eine ganze Menge an Geschirr, Besteck, Möbel, Lampen etc. zu übernehmen, sodass ihr Euch nicht alles neu anschaffen müsst (können wir bei Besichtigung besprechen).

Die vier Zimmer der WG sind alle sehr schön und haben viele Fenster und echt schicke Türen mit Jugendstil-Ornamenten (s. Fotos).

Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und einen zusätzlichen Fahrradkeller, in dem ihr Euren Drahtesel vertrauensvoll abstellen könnt.

Das kleinste Zimmer (circa 16 Quadratmeter) kostet 345,50 Euro warm

Das zweitkleinste kostet 397,50 warm (circa 16 Quadratmeter + Balkon) ---> Fotos fehlen noch, kommen in den nächsten Tagen

Das zweitgrößte Zimmer kostet 398,00 warm (circa 20 Quadratmeter)

und das größte Zimmer kostet: 414,00 warm (circa 25 Quadratmeter)

DER VERMIETER HAT ABER ANGEKÜNDIGT, DASS DIE MIETE SICH UM INSGESAMT 50 EURO ERHÖHEN WIRD!

Im Haus wohnen viele andere WGs, die auch sehr lieb und aufgeschlossen sind.

Mit der Ablösevereinbarung erhaltet ihr außerdem eine Waschmaschine, Küche, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kommode, Küchentisch und -Stühle und Sofa (im Wintergarten).

Die Wohnung wird zum 1.3. frei.

Es gibt ein par Möbel, die wir sehr gern an Euch weitergeben würden:

a very nice flat is available on Triererstraße, which is perfect for a new flat-sharing community or for a family! You can expect high ceilings with stucco, herringbone parquet flooring, a glass conservatory, balcony and a cosy, large eat-in kitchen.

The hallway is very spacious and there is easily enough room for a sofa, so it could also be used as a living room.

You also have the option of taking over a lot of crockery, cutlery, furniture, lamps, etc., so you don't have to buy everything new (see photos + descriptions).

The four rooms in the flat share are all very nice and have many windows and really chic doors with art nouveau ornaments (see photos).

There is a cellar compartment and an additional bicycle cellar where you can store your bike with confidence.

The smallest room (approx. 18 square metres) costs 345.50 euros warm.

The second smallest room costs 397,50 warm ---> photos are still missing, will be available in the next few days.

The second largest room costs 398,00 warm

and the biggest room costs: 414,00 warm

BUT THE LANDLORD HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THE RENT WILL INCREASE BY A TOTAL OF 50 EUROS!

There are many other flat-sharers living in the house who are also very nice and open-minded.

With the transfer agreement you will also receive a washing machine, kitchen, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, chest of drawers, kitchen table and chairs and sofa (in the winter garden).
