- Gegenüber vom Haus befindet sich ein Spar Gorumet. Weiters ein Hofer und Billa ca. 5 Geh-minuten entfernt
- Schwedenplatz ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt

Da ich ab dem 31.1.24 (evtl. schon früher raus gehe) könntest du dir ab dem 01.02.24 eine Untermieter/in suchen und ihr könnt euch die Kosten teilen, ansonsten macht sich ein zweites Zimmer gut als Wohnzimmer :-)

Ich würde im Gang die weisse Kommode + die schwarze Kommode sowie den Tisch in der Küche sehr (!) günstig ablösen. Dazu habe ich noch ein Geschirrset das ich hier lassen würde.
