- 2 Zimmer (ein Ess-/Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer/Kabinett)
- Küche und ein Bad
- 680 € kalt (Nebenkosten vor 2021: 80 Euro; gerade ca. 130 - kommt stark auf Vertrag an zur Zeit)
- Kaution 2-3 Kaltmieten
- wie immer in Wien: Mietvertrag vorerst auf 5 Jahre befristet (wird aber normalerweise immer verlägert)

Lage:
Alles Wichtige in unmittelbarer Nähe:
- Grünflächen: Augarten, Prater, Donaukanal (und auch Donau relativ nah)
- Aller Einkaufsbedarf (Billa, Spar, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, DM, Bäcker, ....)
- Restaurants, Cafes und Bars
- Karmelitermarkt und Volkertmarkt
- und auch sonst alles was man so im Alltag benötigt

Ich ziehe selbst in direkter Nähe um, da ich direkt dort bleiben wollte.
